Our first of two episodes on Gabriel Garcia Marquez's novel, 100 Years of Solitude. This week we look at the Buendia family and its many generations of people with the same names. We will also examine the fascinating way in which the author views time and how time is represented in the book. Later we will discuss the genre that Garcia Marquez worked in, called magical realism. Years later, we will have already talked about all this.
