38a Wisteria Lodge (Part One) from His Final Arc: Reminiscences of Sherlock Holmes (1917) Audiobook

The first part of The Adventure of Wisteria Lodge entitled The Singular Experience of Mr. John Scott Eccles, which itself is part of the collection of eight short stories “His Last Bow” by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle published in 1917.

Mr. Eccles arrives in a somewhat disorderly fashion at Baker Street for help and the police are not far behind.

I only managed to record the first half, but I thought I'd post it anyway. The next part is “The Tiger of San Pedro”.

Again, this recording was made with an interesting microphone that I play with, and didn't come through my trusty channel strip, so I had to master it in the field and in the box using random plugins (!). All audio-related (and any other) comments are welcome – well, most of the time 😉
