I hope you really enjoy this video. It is one of my heart and desire to bring you good, tried-in-reality recipes that I have used all my life and I am ready to share the recipes and the whole process with you. It's a joy for me.
Of course I use a mixer to mix my bread, but for many years I used my hands to mix it, so that's also a possibility if you don't have a Bosch mixer or something use.
