A house that “flows like music” Hudson Valley Residence
The Hudson Valley Residence is a modern home located in Germantown, New York, designed by architectural studio HGX Design. Spanning 7,300 square feet, the linear home features a glass facade offering stunning views of the Catskill Mountains. Inspired by the characteristics of local agricultural buildings, it consists of interconnected rectangular volumes and is clad in custom-stained cedar. Interior spaces are spacious and open, with 11.5-foot ceilings, walnut flooring, and a neutral color palette. The residence includes a master suite, three guest bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a dining room, a gym, a media room and a garage.
