Into the Zone is a conversation with Professor Moeller, of @carefreewandering, about one of Tarkovsky's masterpieces, Stalker. Professor Moeller gives insightful comments on the film's characters and their psychological and intellectual portrayal; the multifaceted contrasting natures, dualities and ambiguous dynamics that characterize the film; the philosophical and theological substrate into which the film plunges; the form and particularities of the film; the framing of the traditional Russian “wise fool”; and many other personal and valuable interpretations, in a pleasant exchange of ideas, always with the informed and enlightening point of view of Professor Moeller.

This is the first in a series of upcoming conversations with filmmakers, researchers, professors, critics and enthusiasts of the 7th Art.
