A Simple Mental Health Journal for Self-Awareness and Balanced Thoughts
As a dyslexic, simplicity and fun were very important to me when it came to journaling about my mental health. At first, I didn't even know where to start. Writing has never been my favorite stress-reducing activity, but this simple method of journaling has worked for me. And research has actually established that journaling has all kinds of benefits. Many neurodivergent people experience mental health issues from time to time. However, this way of journaling is a great way to gain clarity and improve our well-being. Cognitive behavioral therapy is a well-researched approach that helps a variety of people. Thought recordings are an essential part of this approach. Through this type of journaling, I have been able to help myself through mentally difficult situations, and it is a tool I will continue to use in the future. If you are new to journaling, you may want to try this method. As it doesn't involve too much writing, it's a good option for dyslexics or anyone with little time to spare.
