In a post-truth world, we must publish the truth. Post it on your feed, post it on your page, and post it through the unconscious mind mailbox. We play music to chase away the smoke and fog. Throughout my life, music has opened my eyes and helped me shed at least some of my built-up conditioning. Music taught me to question my beliefs and question my identity and my so-called reality. Our idea of reality in the West is that which we can perceive, a concrete, tangible concept of reality. The problem is that we all experience and interpret life in a completely unique way, so what is real to one person is unreal to another. Holding on to this fragile concept of reality creates even more duality and division. In the East, reality is often defined differently; which is immutable. This confused me at first because life seems to be about change, everything changes. But if you go beyond preconceptions, constructs, conditioning, judgment, identity, and even thought, even for a short time, you discover something immutable. Awareness. Before all thought, there is consciousness. As living beings, we are all aware that behind our mental idea of who we are, we are essentially the same. The very essence of life is immutable. These days, truth and reality are illusory, it is difficult to know what to believe and who to trust. But in this place of awareness, or whatever you want to call it, I see only one simple truth; We are a. It’s a cliché but beneath our cultural conditioning and before our polarizing education; we are all the same. We all feel joy, happiness, and pain, and we all suffer and have the right to be free from suffering. World governments must regain control of reality and, instead of perpetuating conflicting and unsustainable development models, they should set an example for those they represent and teach tolerance, love and compassion. It’s time to change the curriculum so that the curriculum can change our times.
