Award-winning journalist and New York Times best-selling author Antonia Hylton will discuss her investigative book, /”Madness: Race and Insanity in a Jim Cros Asylum,/” with poet and author Clint Smith. Gaithersburg Mayor and festival founder Jud Ashman shares a brief review.
