At Home with Debbie Macomber
Debbie Macomber and her books are known around the world. She has reached #1 on the New York Times bestseller list thirteen times, five books have been made into Hallmark Channel movies, and she has her own magazine. It's hard to believe she didn't learn to read until fifth grade and struggled to earn a high school diploma. In this conversation from Debbie's home office, the "Official Christmas Storyteller" talks about her difficult start at school and her career as an author, her dyslexia and how it affects her writing, about the famous librarian who inspired her, about knitting (she even showed off her “Whatever the Weather” project) and how the names of her characters and books can often change.
