In September 1925, Scotland Yard DCI Alec Fletcher inherited a large house on the outskirts of London from a recently deceased great-uncle. Alec is tasked by Scotland Yard to uncover the truth behind these gruesome deaths, but it's up to Daisy to discover who the dead man is, what his relationship is with his new neighbors, why he was murdered and who killed him!

Carola Dunn is the author of several novel series, including Regency novels, the Daisy Dalrymple mysteries, the Cornish mysteries, and over two dozen standalone novels.
Lucy Rayner is an award-winning British actress who received her master's degree in history from the University of Edinburgh and graduated from the Lee Strasberg Institute in New York. Recipient of the Best Supporting Actress award at the Madrid International Film Festival, she has won two Headphones Awards for her work in audiobook narration.
