California cop drags 20-year-old woman out of car by her hair

Humboldt State University is investigating the now-viral video of a woman's arrest after it was posted to Facebook on Sunday. Samantha Luna, 20, and her friends were arrested by police near the Northern California campus. One of them gets arrested for sticking her head out of the sunroof and Luna wasn't happy about it. In the video, she asked the officer why he was rude. When the officer responded by saying it was his disrespect, the two men got into a verbal fight. #InsideEdition
