The following factors are considered whenever there is a shooting or use of other forms of deadly force in self-defense against immediate, otherwise unavoidable danger of death or serious injury to yourself or someone you have the right to protect: CAPACITY, OPPORTUNITY, and PERIL. Strength in numbers, disparities in physical size, strength, or the presence of a weapon are some examples of Ability. The possibility of using one's intention to cause harm (at certain distances, if there are obstacles, etc.) must be present, and Jeopardy is one's intention manifested, either through words or actions, that your attacker will carry out the threat he represents. for you.
