Easy way to sharpen a knife in a minute, bench grinder hack required

This video shows my favorite homemade method for making most dull knives almost razor sharp. She uses a bench grinder with a plywood wheel on one side and a leather wheel on the other side. This is a great idea for making and maintaining custom knives. , it is an excellent multi-purpose blade sharpening system
