Before you begin: know your blood type. Find out which foods are beneficial, neutral and to avoid for your type (foods can be checked in the book Eat Right 4 Your Type by Dr. Peter D'Adamo). Plan an exercise program based on the exercises recommended for your physical type and ability.
Days 1 to 5:
-1. Choose foods that are highly beneficial/beneficial for your blood type and eliminate all avoidable foods. By eating only foods and supplements appropriate for your type, it allows your body to detoxify and function at its best.
-2. Buy organic, fresh, whole foods and try to avoid processed foods.
-3. Start each day with a large glass of water with a squeeze of fresh lemon. Try to drink 8 to 10 glasses of water every day.
-4. Supplement with Deflect tailored to your blood type to help detoxify lectins.
-5. Log what you eat, your exercise routine, the supplements you take, and how you feel (your energy level, mood, etc.) on a day-to-day basis to track your journey.
Days 6 to 10:
-1. This is the Restoration and Balance stage and is less restrictive.
-2. You can start introducing neutral foods into your diet, which adds more variety.
-3. Continue to eat mostly beneficial foods and eliminate foods to avoid.
