CARAMELIZED LEEKS AND HUMOUS PASTRY:
Ingredients
– 3 Leeks
– 4 tablespoons of maple syrup
– 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil
– 2.5 tablespoons of soy sauce
– 200 gr of humous
– 1 roll of puff pastry
Not
– Roughly cut the leaks into small pieces
– Pour a drizzle of olive oil into a pan and cook your leaks for about 3 minutes over medium heat
– In a bowl, mix the maple syrup, soy sauce and olive oil. Then pour this mixture into the pan
– Caramelize the leaks for 4 to 5 minutes
– Roll your open dough onto a baking sheet and spread the humous on it.
– Pour your leeks from the pan, onto the dough
– Bake for 20-25 minutes at 200C (390F)
