A very fine sci-fi horror series from the early 1980s, Outbreak of Fear is of particular interest due to its superficial resemblance to the BBC television show The Nightmare Man from the previous year. However, Doctor Who fans will probably also be tickled by the presence of a character played by Nicholas Courtney; small hints suggest that he might actually be the Brigadier (Courtney's character in Doctor Who), but of course, that's certainly not confirmed…
