It's called "Top Knife", the art and craft of trauma surgery. By Asher Hirschberg and Kenneth Mattox. It's really aimed at surgical residents, but anyone can read and understand it. The book is not very technical and gives a good overview of how the trauma surgeon or emergency surgeon should think and the things that need to happen in a progressive order.
