Guys, welcome to the second part of the movie or book, what's the difference. And like I said, Full Metal Jacket is one of, if not the greatest work of fiction about the Vietnam War. And the novel it's based on, The Short Timers, might be too. So welcome back to the second round. But this time, we're leaving the safety of Parris Island and heading to the war-torn hellhole that is Vietnam.
