A recording of the now-infamous exchange, in which Donald Trump pressed Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to "find" more votes to overturn his defeat, was made public on January 3, 2021. an endless loop at on television and radio in the hours before Fulton County's new prosecutor walked through the threshold of his third-floor suite on Jan. 4.
Just over a month later, Willis revealed the real existence of what is now a sweeping investigation that not only threatens Trump, but will certainly define his tenure and, indeed, a largely spent career in the trenches of the criminal justice system that she learned to navigate at a young age from her father, a longtime Washington, D.C. attorney and civil rights activist.
