Lowell Farms Cannabis Cafe is America's first legal cannabis cafe. Located in Los Angeles, Lowell features a lunch and dinner menu from Chef Andrea Drummer as well as a cannabis menu that diners can order and consume openly in the dining room or on the outdoor patio. The restaurant has a state-of-the-art air filtration system, which significantly reduces smoke. Insider's Joe Avella stopped by the West Hollywood cafe to find out how the cafe came to be, what the inside of America's first cannabis cafe looks like, and how Lowell Herb Co. is normalizing consumption open cannabis.
