Graduation for spring and August 2023 graduating students will be held on Sunday, May 21, 2023 at 5 p.m. at the Mack Sports & Exhibition Complex. This ceremony is open to master’s and doctoral candidates — all schools (except Maurice A. Deane School of Law).
Opening speaker:
Sandra Lindsay, RN, MBA '16, DHSc, is director of patient care services for Northwell Health. The first American to be vaccinated in the fight against COVID-19 and recipient of the Presidential Medal of Freedom, Dr. Lindsay spent 29 years in nursing, most recently serving as Director of Critical Care Nursing at Jewish Medical Center in Long Island (LIJ) to New Hyde Park. She has been on the front lines of the pandemic, both during the first wave in March-June 2020 and then volunteering to become the first American to be vaccinated with the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine on the 14th. December 2020.
