Known only by its research number, Grizzly 399 has been present in Grand Teton National Park since 2007, becoming the most famous grizzly bear in the world. Today, 399 is raising four new cubs in the face of human encroachment, global warming and the threat of losing protection under the Endangered Species Act. Grizzly 399: Queen of the Tetons premieres May 8, 2024.
