The goal of this meditation is to fully activate your Merkabah. I have mentioned the Merkabah in several meditations. This entire meditation is dedicated to fully activating your aura, penetrating your heart and awakening your Merkabah. This is truly a game changer and may be the most important meditation you do.
If you have been on Earth and have not been elsewhere recently, your Mer-Ka-Ba has been dormant for 13,000 years. So it’s been a very long time since your body has felt this experience. This breathing practice will restore the Mer-Ka-Ba alive around your body. The practice works a bit like a spinning wheel that must be spun from time to time to keep spinning. However, in a Mer-Ka-Ba, the repeated rotation eventually takes on a life of its own and, at some point in the practice, the rotation will continue indefinitely. But it takes time.
The human being is surrounded by numerous geometric fields of energy of an electromagnetic nature within this dimension. The Mer-Ka-Ba extends into all possible dimensions and in each dimension uses the laws of that dimension to manifest itself. Hundreds of other possibilities exist around the body. the star-tetrahedral field which is the first geometric field on the surface of the body, sometimes called the “aperture” of the Mer-Ka-Ba.
“Mer-Ka-Ba” has the same meaning in several languages. In Zulu, it is pronounced as in English. The spiritual leader of the Zulus, Credo Mutwa, claims that his people arrived here from space aboard a Mer-Ka-Ba. In Hebrew, Mer-Ka-Vah means both the throne of God and a chariot, a vehicle that transports the human body and spirit from one place to another.
In Egyptian, the word “Mer-Ka-Ba” is actually made up of three words: Mer is a special type of light, a counter-rotating field of light; Ka means spirit, at least here on Earth, it has the connotation of the human spirit; and Ba means "the interpretation of Reality", which here on Earth generally means the human body.
When you add these words together, my understanding of Mer-Ka-Ba is "a counter-rotating field of light that will interact and translate the mind and body from one world to another", although it is actually much more. It is the pattern of creation itself through which everything that exists came into being. You know that. This isn't really new to you. You just forgot for a while.
You have used the Mer-Ka-Ba millions of times in your lifetime throughout the creation of space/time/dimension. And you will remember it again exactly as you need it.
This meditation will activate it properly and change your life.
