Morgan was a pretty normal guy. He went to college during the day and played online games at night, leading his guild to new conquests, until he got hit by a car and a guy in a jumpsuit appeared in front of him. The man offered him a new chance to live in a world he had created, a world with rules similar to the games Morgan loved to play. There is the promise of great rewards and power, he says, if Morgan can complete the Tower of Power. Stupid name, I know. Morgan generally didn't trust strangers who seemed to have god complexes, but he was in a difficult situation. There's a crazy-looking dude who says he's not technically a god at one end of the tunnel, and a blinding light at the other end – and he really wasn't looking for the light. So he accepted the surfer god-not-god's offer. Being thrown into a strange new world with no idea of the rules was not something Morgan was a fan of; and in this strange world, it seems that everything is designed to bite him off. So it was a good thing he came across two half-elf twins willing to help him understand this strange new world. All he has to do now is survive long enough to reach this Tower.
