Monopoly Millionaire offers a different way to play the classic game of Monopoly. In this game there are four things that differ from standard Monopoly. First, the goal of Monopoly Millionaire is to be the first player to accumulate a million dollars. Players can also upgrade their movers to give themselves a better chance of winning. Property spaces start with Fortune cards. And there are Millionaire Lifestyle cards.

Set up the game board as directed in the instructions. There is no banker because all the money is kept in the center of the board. A player will be assigned as a real estate agent to handle property titles, houses and hotels. Players choose which set of engines they want to use. There are four basic movers: a scooter, a go-kart, a canoe, and a paper plane, and each has two other upgraded movers. So if you start with the canoe, you can move on to a speedboat and then a yacht. Place all base movers on Go. Each player starts with 372 million.

Players then take turns rolling the dice and moving as many spaces on the board. If a player lands on a space with a Fortune card, they read the card to themselves and follow the instructions. Some Fortune cards should be used immediately, while others should be used later.

If a player lands on a property space without an owner, they can buy it at the price indicated on the board or put it up for auction. If the real estate space is owned, it must pay rent to the owner.

If a player lands or passes Go on their turn, they have the option to collect their salary from the bank and pay to upgrade their mover.

If a player lands on a Chance or Millionaire Lifestyle space, they take the top card from the appropriate pile of cards and follow its instructions.

And just like the original Monopoly, there is a Go to Jail area, a Just Visiting area and a Free Parking area.

Whether during your turn or between other players' turns, you can buy houses and hotels (provided you own a property color set) and make deals with other players, such as trading properties or offering money to get something you want.

Monopoly Millionaire is for two to four players. It comes with a game board, 22 Title cards, four mover decks (three per player), 22 Fortune cards, 14 Millionaire Lifestyle cards, 14 Chance cards, 32 houses, 12 hotels, two dice, money, a bank tray, and four reminder cards.
