Today is the day of my much anticipated (by me) FONDUE COLLAB! I’m making Hearty Philly Fondue, a cream cheese fondue recipe that would be perfect for a party, Valentine’s Day, or the upcoming Big Game. Original image and recipe source: https://tinyurl.com/yckjbmk8

Disclaimer – please fondue safely. You may want to ask guests to serve themselves individually rather than consuming fondue from a single communal vessel. This fondue was just for me, so a communal vessel worked beautifully. If you are feeling ill, please refrain from fonduing and HEY WHY ARE YOU GOING TO PARTIES IF YOU’RE SICK? STAY HOME!

HEARTY PHILLY FONDUE
1 3/4c milk
2 – 8oz package cream cheese, cubed
2t dry mustard
1/4c green onions
1 – 2.25oz jar sliced dried beef, diced
Cubed French bread, vegetables, crackers for dipping

Heat milk; add cream cheese. stir until cream cheese is melted. Add mustard, onions, and dried beef. Cook 5 to 7 minutes over low heat. Serve in chafing dish or casserole with bread. Serves 10 to 12.
