Ingredients you will need:
1 gallon (3.7 l) whole milk (ideally NOT ultra pasteurized)

1.5 teaspoons (8 g) citric acid
1 cup (250 ml) water

1/2 teaspoon (3 g) liquid rennet
1/4 cup (60 ml) water

1 tablespoon (8 g) kosher salt
