Sahar Parham Al Awadhi is an award-winning pastry chef who was the first winner of the Best Pastry Chef award in the Middle East and North Africa Top 50 list. She began her career at La Serre Bistro & Boulangerie in downtown Dubai and, in 2016, joined the Burj Al Arab, becoming the first Emirati woman to cook at the hotel, and a few years later, the first woman Emirati to become a pastry chef in Dubai.
