How to Mud and Tape Finish Walls with Drywall Joint Compound, From Start to Finish!

In this video I show you how I glue and mud my basement stairwell. There are a few techniques and products that I have used over the years to achieve smooth, seamless walls. There are different levels of drywall finishing, levels 0 to 5. I'm not a professional drywall finisher…but I don't need to be to get smooth walls, and neither should you! My two biggest suggestions are to practice as much as possible and be patient. The more attention you pay to finishing drywall, the less sanding you will need to do before painting.
