The common misconception that wastes a lot of time is that you have to read every word of the real estate course. This is false – I passed the test easily and mostly skimmed the material. Now, reading the entire text will 100% help you pass the test, but it's not the best use of your time. So hopefully that alone will save you 30 hours on your course.

Honestly, the test isn't too difficult and if you study using this guide, I can almost guarantee you'll pass on the first try. This test is like any other state exam: you can learn how to take it, review practice questions that closely mimic the real exam, and understand how the questions are worded.
Getting your real estate license is pretty simple and you should be able to get it in most states in about 90 days!
