Lauren Nanson shares her trigger journey and the passion she relied on to reset her narrative. Ultimately, developing resilience techniques to help young people navigate an increasingly triggering culture and become mentally strong. Lauren Nanson is a resilience coach and speaker who specializes in helping teens recover from obstacles and mental setbacks. Lauren had to overcome cancer early in her life, and the mental difficulties of the situation challenged her to develop resilience techniques that she continues to use today. After seeing the toll the pandemic was taking on young people's mental health, she decided to use the lessons of her own endurance to help those affected.
