How to Take a Patient History (Complete Guide) KharmaMedic
Hi guys! In this video I explain how to take a patient history. This video is a collection of things I learned during medical school and my time on hospital wards. I hope this video is helpful for you to practice your story taking technique. It contains a lot of information that I wish I had a few years ago.

Please remember that I am a medical student, NOT a doctor, and I am making this video simply to pass on the information that I have found useful throughout medical school and that has helped me. This video is not a book of golden rules for story, nor is it the best way to do it, it's my way of doing it.
