How to Write a Classic Disney Villain

TLDR: Don't do what Wish did.

I know I'm going to get a lot of criticism from people that /"you can totally make people evil for the sake of evil./" Doing evil because you enjoy seeing suffering is ALWAYS a motivator. Making a character evil just because that's how you end up like Wish.
