Thekla Schünemann and Lars Nowak are a couple. They have known each other since childhood and have rarely spent a day apart. It's a different love story: Thekla Schünemann and Lars Nowak have Down syndrome. Konstantin Kluss, on the other hand, is single, but urgently wants to change that. On an online dating platform for disabled people, he goes looking for a partner. Will he succeed? People with disabilities also need love and intimacy, but sometimes the necessary support is lacking from the organizations that care for them, as well as from their own families. But in this particular facility in northern Germany, things are very different: here people can decide for themselves with whom they want to share their life – or maybe just their bed!
