James O'Brien meets Gary Stevenson LBC

At 21, Gary Stevenson joined Citibank as its youngest trader. Three years later, he became the bank's most profitable trader by betting on the economy collapsing. He went from living on his parents' two-bed terrace in east London to making millions. But it didn't seem right to me to make money betting on disasters. So he resigned, leaving his dream job in the City to campaign on the issue of wealth inequality. He explains to James why our obsession with money destroys the things that matter. Gary's new book, The Trading Game: A Confession, will be released on March 5.
