LIFE LESSONS
LIFE LESSONS
One of the most important aspects of being human is the fact that we experience feelings throughout the day. From childhood, we are taught to stop being sad or to hold back our anger. But these emotions always find a way to express themselves, sometimes in the form of self-criticism or depression. We must learn to recognize our emotions and show compassion and kindness to ourselves when these feelings arise. And you will learn an important life lesson: how to reveal and heal what you feel.

Given the anxiety most of us feel about the state of the world, now more than ever we need to find ways to share and express how we feel. So how are you, really?

All of our films are made possible thanks to the generous support of our patrons.
