My cousin falsely accused me of sexual assault. Now my family is contacting me after almost 10 years.

In 2014, at age 22, I (M31) was falsely accused of sexual assault by my cousin (F24). My family disowned me and I went through a dark time. Recently, after almost 10 years, they contacted me, revealing that my cousin had admitted to lying. Not really knowing how to react, I asked for advice. Despite the desire to release the anger, I'm not sure that rekindling connections would improve my rather decent life. TLDR: False accusations tore family apart; they want to make amends after their cousin admitted to lying.
