In 1979, Long's father, a Vietnamese refugee in Hong Kong, scraped together $100 through odd jobs and bought this Seiko quartz watch. A few years later, after moving to the United States, Long's father lost this prized possession – and it was Long who would find it after finding it in the all-too-common repository of all lost items.
