The first series of 'Nebula-75' was a brand new lockdown puppet drama, made entirely during the 2020 lockdown, using only existing puppets and equipment. Filmed in Supermarionation, it follows in the tradition of “Thunderbirds”, “Stingray” and “Fireball XL5” while also being filmed in SuperIsolation and Lo-Budget!

“Nebula-75” chronicles the exploits of Commander Ray Neptune and the crew of the spaceship NEBULA-75 as they traverse the stars, encountering strange worlds and life forms previously unknown to humanity . It was created and produced by a small group of filmmakers during the 2020 UK lockdown. Although crew members from around the world contributed remotely to pre- and post-production, the entire filming of NEBULA-75 was made by a team. of three people who already lived together in a small apartment in London. Their living room has been transformed into a makeshift movie studio – with shelves, cardboard boxes and other household items becoming the interior of the series' hero spaceship. This apartment also fortunately housed numerous puppets, props and costumes accumulated over the course of different productions.

Century 21 Films Ltd is a multi-faceted production company whose work ranges from drama to documentary, miniature effects to puppet shows. It was founded by a group of filmmakers who first collaborated on Filmed in Supermarionation, the story of Gerry and Sylvia Anderson's successful puppet shows including Thunderbirds, Stingray and Captain Scarlet.
Since then we have worked for a host of high profile clients including ITV, BBC, Mammoth Productions, British Film Institute and Halifax, working on projects including Thunderbirds, Endeavour, Doctor Who and The Twilight Zone.
In addition to our regular filmmaking services, we specialize in 'Supermarionation' – the puppet filming technique used to make shows like Thunderbirds and have collaborated on several occasions with ITV to provide specialist services. Our work has been featured on The One Show, This Morning, Good Morning Britain, BBC News, ITV News and Mastermind.
