Upon entering the bedroom, officers found Wilson tied up and removed the chain and padlock from around her neck. The Louisville Metro Police Department arrested Moises May, Wilson's ex-boyfriend, and charged him with kidnapping, wanton endangerment, assault, among other charges related to the incident.
