I've been considering playing this game for a while now, but I've always been hesitant because the low-key title sucks. I simply could never see myself uploading a video titled “DARKNESS WITHIN IN PURSUIT OF LOATH NOLDER”: how does anyone know what that means?
Now that I've started it, holy shit I love it.
The setting is great, the music and sound are carefully composed, the mystery hits every beat on the Lovecraftian checklist and I can't wait to see where this goes. If you can tolerate my obsession with all things Lovecraftian, then I think you'll enjoy this game too. Some of the progression can be a bit boring (mainly having to combine clues in your head before you can progress), but by elsewhere, I love it. Great game, please give it a better name next time.
