Retrospective of classic British death drums of murder and mystery along the river

Set along the west coast of Africa, Henry Sanders, a colonial police officer (Richard Todd), investigates a murder as a series of mysteries begin to unfold before him. Alongside the enigmatic Dr. Inge Jung (Marianne Koch), Sanders embarks on an adventure following drugs, diamonds and the distant sounds of drums that draw ever closer.
