RISE UP AGAIN – Use adversity as a catalyst to improve and become stronger
It is unrealistic to expect to always prosper. Life can be complicated and we can't separate the ups and downs or live one without the other. But we can learn to embrace the process, understand that it is part of the journey, and develop our own inner resilience. It's about bouncing back and using adversity as a catalyst to improve and become stronger.

And we also need to remember that we are part of a community and that when we are vulnerable, we can lean on each other and support each other. And together, we are much more resilient than we think.

“This job is not for you – kill that “self” spirit. If you can get up, bring someone with you/" – Charlotte Maxeke.

Filmed in Cape Town, South Africa.
