Rory Stewart's colorful and quirky past

From smoking opium in Iran to running for the Conservative Party leadership race in 2019 and now running for London Mayor, Rory Stewart has had an interesting and colorful journey.

The Penrith and the Border MP has said he will stand down at the next election and has resigned from the Conservative Party.

In a campaign video posted on Twitter, Mr Stewart said he was leaving the "Westminster House of Gothic Screams".
