In England at war, enigmatic radio broadcasts from Nazi Germany spread panic throughout the region. Information from a slain informant sends Holmes to London's grimy Limehouse district. . There, the loyal detective gains the trust of the informant's wife, Kitty (Evelyn Ankers), and escapes capture by a Nazi spy.
