“Solve this problem now, right away…”: Putin speaks tough against NATO expansion, warns Ukraine

Russian President Vladimir Putin stressed Tuesday that Moscow does not want war with Ukraine and called for a resolution to talks on kyiv's NATO candidacy "right now."
After meeting with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz in the Kremlin, Putin said Russia had presented proposals during weeks of diplomatic attempts to resolve tensions that had not received a "substantial constructive response."
