Carlin, a young woman, struggles to adapt to her early twenties. She feels like her spark has gone out. She recently saw a psychologist for a diagnosis. She came away from her evaluation with more content in her report than she expected. She feels defeated and confused, and overall has difficulty accepting this new self-knowledge. On top of that, she is filled with resentment towards someone she considers her best friend. After three years, Carlin finally decides to put himself first and cut them off. After a difficult period and a few months of trying to improve herself by surrounding herself with positive influences, she felt her spark reignite.
