Sun Holder by Hannah Kaner
A little over a year ago, I reviewed a fantasy novel by a debut author and was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. That book was Godkiller, and to treat myself at the end of the month, I bought the sequel and the second book in a trilogy called Fallen Gods. This second book is called Sunbringer and further answers the question “what happened to everyone after that cliffhanger?” » the book also gives us a deeper insight into the battles fought across the kingdom of Middren. I loved returning to Hannah Kaner's carefully constructed world, and the reunion with Kissen, Inara, Skedi, and Elogast was very welcome.
As always, I'm not going to spoil anything about the book I'm reviewing, but I would love for you to join me on my journey to reconnect with some fantastic old friends and learn more about Sunbringer.
