**Talking Box & Papers, Spike Lee's Daytona and the (abridged) story of T&H ASKTNH LIVE**
In this week's ASKTNH LIVE episode, Christian tackles the watchfam's most impactful questions of the week on our Instagram (@theoandharris, wink).
The first question we address is an important one: how much value do the box and papers actually add? Really, it all depends (wow, what a cop-out answer, right?). But seriously, what we find is that people who sell a watch with box and papers tend to overestimate the value thinking they are adding a ton. And while that can sometimes be true, most of the time the box and papers end up inflating the price enough to scare off many consumers who might otherwise have gone for it.
Quickly, we discuss Spike Lee's custom Rolex Daytona, a watch that, to be completely honest, looks a lot more like a Speedmaster than a Daytona. It's a cool concept, having your own personalized Rolex, and Spike really capitalized on the idea, but ultimately there's not much left to identify it as a Rolex beyond the name on the dial. . Whether that's a good thing or not is up to you.
Finally, Christian talks very briefly about how he got into the vintage watch game and how T&H came to be. It's a short but interesting story, and you'll definitely want to hear it if you've never heard it before!
