Teenager wrongly convicted of murder, released after 9 years

A Detroit man who was incarcerated after being wrongly convicted of four murders is free today, having served nearly nine years of a sentence he received when he was 15.

The murder convictions of Davontae Sanford, now 23, have been vacated by Judge Brian Sullivan and all charges against him have been dropped, Maria Miller, an assistant district attorney with the office, told ABC News today from the Wayne County Prosecutor.
